Using the site
You are welcome to read, link to and share what is published here. You agree not to use the site unlawfully, not to attempt to gain access to any part of it you have not been given, not to introduce anything malicious, and not to take action that would interfere with it working for other people.
Automated collection of the site's content at a scale that burdens the server, or for the purpose of reproducing it elsewhere, is not permitted.
What the site is not
Everything published here, including case studies, articles and service descriptions, is general information about what we do. It is not advice for your particular situation, and it is not an offer capable of acceptance.
A description of work we delivered for one client is a record of that engagement. It is not a prediction of what the same approach would achieve for you, and nothing on this site should be read as a guarantee of any commercial result.
No client relationship, and no obligation on our part, comes into existence until we have agreed an engagement in writing.
Our intellectual property
The design, code, text, layout and original graphics of this site belong to We Dig Creativity Solutions (WDC Solutions), registered as WDC Solutions Hub (BN 8480926), and are protected by copyright. The name We Dig Creativity, the WDC mark and our logo are ours.
You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not reproduce the site's design or substantial parts of its content as your own, and you may not use our name or marks in a way that suggests a relationship or endorsement that does not exist.

The brands, logos, artwork and screenshots in our portfolio belong to the clients they were made for, and appear here with their agreement to illustrate our work. Nothing on this site transfers any right in a client's brand to anyone, and their marks may not be reused.
Links out
We link to client sites and to third-party tools. Those sites are not ours, we do not control what they publish, and a link is not an endorsement of everything on the other end of it.
Availability
We try to keep this site up and correct. We do not promise that it will be available without interruption, or that everything on it is complete and current at every moment. We may change, move or withdraw any part of it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on general information published on it, including loss of profit, business or data.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability arising out of an actual engagement is governed by that engagement's own agreement, not by this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the Nigerian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms. The version published here, with the date at the top of the page, is the one that applies.
